They can be exchanged for goods with a value higher than the nominal value of the card by paying the difference. Gift cards can not be exchanged for cash. Gift cards can not be returned or refunded, except as provided by your legal rights. <br> Gift cards are valid for 12 Months from the date of their last use, after which the remaining balance will be deducted. <br> If the products purchased with a gift card are later exchanged for a lower priced product, or if they are reimbursed, the excess amounts will be added to the remaining balance of the gift card. <br> If you do not spend the entire balance of the gift card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction and will remain on your gift card. <br> Gift cards should be considered as cash. <br> Nike will not be responsible for the loss, theft or damage of the cards.
